HaloStats (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a football intelligence platform. We use statistical analysis and historical match data to generate predictions and analytical insights.
HaloStats is an analytical information service. We are not a bookmaker, sportsbook, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, process wagers, or facilitate gambling of any kind. All content on this platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use HaloStats. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the account holder is under 18. If you are aware of any underage use, please contact us at support@halostats.co.uk.

All predictions, confidence ratings, analysis reports, and related content generated by HaloStats are produced by statistical analysis systems built on historical match data. They represent statistical assessments only.

Our content does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
Not gambling or betting advice
HaloStats provides football analysis and statistical insights designed to help users make more informed decisions before placing bets. Our content should not be interpreted as financial, legal, or guaranteed betting advice.
No guarantees
Football outcomes are uncertain. No prediction system can guarantee results, and past model performance does not indicate future accuracy.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in abuse, or are used for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions & Billing
Access to premium features requires a paid monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Price changes
We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any subscription price change applies to your next renewal.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@halostats.co.uk within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Illegal use
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
Unauthorised resale
Reproduce, redistribute, or resell HaloStats content without written permission.
Automated scraping
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform by automated means.
Misrepresentation
Present HaloStats analysis as guaranteed outcomes, professional advice, or official betting recommendations.

Intellectual Property
All content on HaloStats, including predictions, match analysis, design elements, and branding, is the property of HaloStats and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use content for your own informational purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.

Disclaimer of Warranties
HaloStats is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the platform.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaloStats and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content, including any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on our analysis.
Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid during that period.

Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
